Bidding Terms: Photo A-GoGo 2024
Thank you for joining the Bakery Photo Collective’s silent auction! With your support, we aim to raise $24,000 to assist, teach, and inspire artists through our photography facilities, programs, and lectures. Please review these rules before registering to ensure a smooth event.
Bidding begins on Dec 13th at 6pm and ends on Dec 13th at 8pm.
The auction item value listed is based on an estimate of the fair market value, as determined by the item donor and The Bakery Photographic Collectives research.
All bids must meet the minimum bid requirements, or they will be disqualified.
Bidders may bid multiple times on the same item as long as they meet the bid minimum.
All bids are FINAL.
Bidders agree to pay in full the amount they bid at the conclusion of the auction and will be automatically charged on the card info you provided at registration. A small 1.9% + 30¢ - ACH processing fee will be applied for each purchase.
Some limits may apply to auction items.
Age restrictions may apply to certain items.
Bids placed by any individual who does not legally qualify for any item will be disqualified.
Valid ID will be required to purchase items with an age restriction.
The Bakery Photographic Collective assumes no liability for risk or hazards associated with items won.
Winner assumes all responsibility for risk and injury.
Items are subject to change or be withdrawn without notice at any time.
The bidder with the highest recorded bid at the close of the auction (or the bidder who chooses the “Buy Now” option, where applicable) will win the item.
Items will not be released to winners until payment has been received in full and they have been approved at our checkout table.
All items are sold as-is.
All sales are FINAL.
You will receive an email receipt for your records.
items not picked up at the event by the winning bidders will be held for 30 days after the closing of the auction and be available for pick up at the Bakery Photo Collective: 630 Forest Ave. Portland, ME 04101. The Bakery will make several attempts to coordinate pick up dates and times with all winning bidders. Shipping and handling can be provided at the winning bidders expense if desired (please notify us if you prefer shipping) If you’ve won an item and you were bidding remotely, we will email you with a shipping quote / information. The Bakery is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Failure to pick up the items you won by the 30 day deadline may result in the item being returned to the original donator.
